Our Quality Assurance function oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management system. QA is responsible for deviation management, change control, validation oversight, audit management, and regulatory compliance.
Our QC laboratory conducts testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using validated analytical methods. QC operates independently of production to ensure objective, impartial assessment of product quality.
We maintain a pharmacovigilance system for collecting, evaluating, and reporting adverse events associated with our veterinary products. Healthcare professionals and animal owners are encouraged to report any suspected adverse reactions through our designated pharmacovigilance channel.
